These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ahmedabad to Udaipur Taxi's Website and Cab Booking Services.

By accessing this website and booking a cab with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Ahmedabad to Udaipur Taxi if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles.
  • A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation SMS, email, or a direct call from our dispatch team.
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking at our sole discretion.

2. Fares & Payments

  • The fares quoted on the website for fixed routes (like Ahmedabad to Udaipur) are all-inclusive of toll taxes, state permits, and driver allowance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Parking charges at airports, railway stations, or tourist monuments are not included and must be paid by the customer directly if applicable.
  • Any significant deviation from the booked route or extra kilometers driven for personal errands will be charged additionally per kilometer based on the car segment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur no cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a nominal fee to compensate the assigned driver.
  • No-shows or cancellations at the time of pickup will be charged the full base fare.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers are requested not to carry illegal goods, weapons, or hazardous materials in the cab.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle interior by the passenger (spills, tears, etc.) will result in a cleaning or repair penalty billed to the passenger.

5. Delays & Breakdowns

While we ensure all our vehicles are regularly serviced and well-maintained, unexpected mechanical failures or traffic delays can occur. In such rare events:

  • We will make our best effort to arrange a backup vehicle as quickly as possible.
  • We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments resulting from severe traffic, road closures, or unavoidable vehicle breakdowns.

6. Luggage Policy

The amount of luggage allowed depends on the type of car booked. Hatchbacks and Sedans can typically accommodate 2-3 standard bags. SUVs can accommodate 3-4 bags. Please book a vehicle that comfortably fits your luggage, as placing heavy luggage on the seats is not permitted for safety reasons.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective as soon as they are published on this page.
